Anybody have tips or exercises on how to develop your singles on double bass? I'm talking PROVEN results. Stuff that you know first hand that works. I can't seem to get faster or count on the singles to be even.

Hmmm...
my thoughts are why treat the feet different from the hands? If someone asked the same question about hands I would give some basic exercises and start slow, gradually speeding up.
2 counts 16ths, 2 counts 32nds, then a bar of 16ths and a bar of 32nds (WAY slow though)
Or try just playing normally but with your left foot only. Just play your normal stuff but with your weak foot.
ANother though is when I play 16th note triplets with my feet I tell myself that my right foot is playing half that (8th note trips) and so I fouces on that and the left foot just follows mostly.
